Mingile respinse nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 finalul fazei, ci \u00eenceputul unui nou val ofensiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este opusul jocului \u201epe contre\u201d sau reactiv. advers\u0103<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Linia de funda\u0219i urc\u0103 aproape de centrul terenului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mijlocul se a\u0219az\u0103 \u00een sprijinul atacului, nu \u00een spatele lui;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Atacan\u021bii blocheaz\u0103 primele linii de pas ale adversarului.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Rezultatul<\/em>: spa\u021biile de pas sunt eliminate, iar adversarul este \u201esufocat\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Gegenpressing-ul ca reac\u021bie automat\u0103<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>C\u00e2nd se pierde mingea, <strong>to\u021bi juc\u0103torii apropia\u021bi reac\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00een maxim 3 secunde<\/strong> pentru a o recupera;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se prioritizeaz\u0103 direc\u021bionarea adversarului spre zone laterale sau spre centrul unde este densitate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se utilizeaz\u0103 principiul \u201e<strong>presiune direc\u021bionat\u0103<\/strong>\u201d: nu ataci haotic, ci \u00eel for\u021bezi s\u0103 paseze unde vrei tu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Controlul mingii a doua<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Mijloca\u0219ii se pozi\u021bioneaz\u0103 strategic la 20-30 m de poart\u0103, preg\u0103ti\u021bi pentru a intercepta mingile respinse;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se joac\u0103 pe anticipa\u021bie, nu pe reac\u021bie \u2013 <strong>c\u00e2\u0219tigi mingea a doua, lansezi \u00eentre 2-3 forme de atac<\/strong>, \u00een func\u021bie de reac\u021bia adversarului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juc\u0103torii ofensive trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 libertate creativ\u0103 dar cu \u00een\u021belegere a spa\u021biilor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemplu: \u00eencep cu un 4-2-3-1 pozi\u021bional, dar \u00een faza de presiune ofensiv\u0103 se transform\u0103 \u00eentr-un 2-3-5 (cu funda\u0219ii laterali urca\u021bi \u0219i mijloca\u0219ii centrali pozi\u021biona\u021bi ca sus\u021binere \u00een spatele liniei de atac).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum antrenezi atacul \u00een valuri?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exerci\u021bii specifice:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Presiune dup\u0103 pierderea mingii<\/strong> (3 vs 2 sau 5 vs 3 \u00een spa\u021biu restr\u00e2ns)<br>\u27a4 Scop: recuperare \u00een 5 secunde, atac rapid la reluarea posesiei.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Atacuri succesive cu mingi preg\u0103tite de antrenor<\/strong><br>\u27a4 Lansezi al doilea val imediat dup\u0103 finalizarea primului (ex: dup\u0103 un \u0219ut, mingea este aruncat\u0103 de antrenor pentru o nou\u0103 faz\u0103).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Joc de men\u021binere a presiunii<\/strong> \u2013 \u00een care echipa are 10 secunde s\u0103 recupereze mingea \u0219i 8 secunde s\u0103 finalizeze.<br>\u27a4 \u00cei antrenezi s\u0103 g\u00e2ndeasc\u0103 repede \u0219i s\u0103 fie direc\u021bi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exerci\u021bii de finalizare cu mingea a doua<\/strong><br>\u27a4 Se simuleaz\u0103 respingerea funda\u0219ului, iar juc\u0103torul de la marginea careului trebuie s\u0103 preia \u0219i s\u0103 trag\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exemple din fotbalul mare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Liverpool-ul lui Klopp<\/strong> (2018\u20132022): gegenpressing extrem, recupereaz\u0103 rapid \u0219i relanseaz\u0103 atacul
