(Yakovlev, 1955; Zimkin, 1961).<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/antrenorfotbal.ro\/tactical-periodization\/136.htm\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/antrenorfotbal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Cumpara-de-aici.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2261\" width=\"155\" height=\"219\" srcset=\"https:\/\/antrenorfotbal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Cumpara-de-aici.jpg 396w, https:\/\/antrenorfotbal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Cumpara-de-aici-212x300.jpg 212w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 155px) 100vw, 155px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ani mai t\u00e2rziu, termenul de periodizare a antrenamentului a fost dezvoltat, formalizat \u0219i reprodus \u00een numeroase \u021b\u0103ri \u0219i a devenit una dintre cele mai alocate teorii pentru planific\u0103re \u0219i analiz\u0103. (Matveyev, 1964; Zheliazkov, 1981; Bompa, 1984).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Potrivit lui Issurin, (2010), \u00een cadrul acestei teorii conform c\u0103reia evolu\u021bia continu\u0103 a sportului \u0219i a \u0219tiin\u021bei sportului a contribuit la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea cuno\u0219tin\u021belor \u0219i a tehnologiilor folosite \u00een&nbsp; antrenament, dar modelul tradi\u021bional de periodizare care a fost stabilit aproximativ cu 50 de ani \u00een urm\u0103 nu s-a schimbat \u00een mod semnificativ. \u00cen ultimii ani, rapoartele profesionale \u0219i revistele de coaching au sugerat abord\u0103ri alternative \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te proiectarea antrenamentelor dar au fost supuse unui num\u0103r limitat (sau chiar deloc) de analize serioase de considera\u021bie \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103 serioas\u0103 (Issurin, 2010).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Teoria supracompens\u0103rii<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Supracompensarea este un proces \u00een 4 etape.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Prima etap\u0103 este aplicarea unui stres de antrenament sau de \u00eenc\u0103rcare \u0219i reac\u021bia ulterioar\u0103 a organismului la acest stres de antrenament, care const\u0103 \u00een oboseal\u0103. Exist\u0103 o sc\u0103dere previzibil\u0103&#8230; predictibil\u0103 a performan\u021bei din cauza acestui stres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Etapa 2 este faza de recuperare. Cercet\u0103rile recente raportate de Ie\u015firi (2010) au indicat faptul c\u0103, pentru a \u00een\u021belege procesul de baz\u0103 a conceptului de periodizare al antrenamentului, trebuie s\u0103 se \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 conceptul de baz\u0103 &#8222;g\u0103sire-recuperare&#8221; sau interac\u021biunea &#8222;supracompensare&#8221; sau &#8222;supracompensarea theo ry&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ciclul de supracompensare \u00eencepe atunci c\u00e2nd juc\u0103torul este indus de o sarcin\u0103 fizic\u0103, care serve\u0219te drept stimulentul pentru o reac\u021bie ulterioar\u0103. Sarcina ini\u021bial\u0103 care s-a sugerat c\u0103 prima faz\u0103 a ciclului provoac\u0103 un element de oboseal\u0103 \u0219i limit\u0103ri ulterioare ale capacit\u0103\u021bilor de munc\u0103 ale suficient\u0103, asigur\u0103 cre\u0219terea capacit\u0103\u021bii de munc\u0103 a sportivului spre sf\u00e2r\u0219itul acestei faze, ating\u00e2nd nivelurile de dinaintea antrenamentului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u00cen timpul urm\u0103toarei faze a secven\u021bei, munca \u015fi capacitatea de lucru continu\u0103 s\u0103 creasc\u0103, ajung\u00e2nd la un nivel superior celui de start \u015fi cel mai \u00eenalt nivel de p\u00e2n\u0103 acum, care corespunde fazei de supracompensare (Issurin, 2010).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u00cen plus pornind de la\u00a0 rapoartele anterioare ale teoriei supracompens\u0103rii, putem concluziona prin faptul c\u0103 o structur\u0103 care implic\u0103 un num\u0103r de antrenamente poate fi eficient\u0103 dac\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103tura antrenamentului este aleas\u0103 cu aten\u0163ie \u015fi este aleas\u0103 \u00een str\u00e2ns\u0103
