antrenamentului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Materiale necesare:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>conuri, bastoane, dou\u0103 sc\u0103ri\u021be coordonare, jaloane cu v\u00e2rf, cercuri, mingi \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Descrierea exerci\u021biului:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><\/strong>Materialele a\u0219ezate ca \u00een imagine, fiecare portar va avea o minge \u00een posesia lui (Figura nr. 35).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><\/strong>Juc\u0103torii vor \u00eencepe exerci\u021biul cu diferite forme de ridicare a membrelor inferioare peste conurile cu bastoane \u00een v\u00e2rf \u00eenalte de 1 metru (I).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ace\u0219tia vor face un schimb de pase cu portarii (1-2), \u00een continuare vor executa variante de exerci\u021bii la scara de coordonare (II) apoi vor executa iar\u0103\u0219i un schimb de pase cu portarii (3-4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Urmeaz\u0103 alergarea cu pa\u0219i ad\u0103uga\u021bi printre jaloanele cu v\u00e2rf metalic (III), realizare de pas s\u0103rit \u00een cercuri (IV) iar \u00een final alergarea cu ritm 3\/4 \u0219i a\u0219ezarea la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul r\u00e2ndului opus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exerci\u021biul se va realiza pe durata a
